Online Coaching & Training

  • Focuses on the type of exercises appropriate for your fitness goals: beginner, intermediate and advanced.

  • Follows the principles of exercise programming such as specificity, periodization, frequency…

  • 4, 8 and 12 weeks in length.

  • You will have access to my app that will include calendar scheduling, accountability check-ins, & custom workouts planned just for you.

  • Macro Nutrition inlcuded for weight loss, maintenance or building. This is not a calculator producing generic MACRO numbers. I take into account many factors (age, activity level, daily movement, sleep, body weight and composition along with dieting history).

  • Facebook group for support. A women only group of all ages and sizes. You will get recipe ideas, tips on how to change your mindset, weekly goal setting, and accountability.
